Detail from Skidmore Screen Although I manage and cathedralchoir.org.uk entirely on my own, such a collection of information would be impossible to compile without the help of other people. In particular I would like to thank Philip Scriven (Organist and Master of the Choristers) for providing current information, Andrew Lumsden (former Organist and Master of the Choristers) for his support with the site, and providing much of the ongoing information during his tenure. Jonathan Rees-Williams (former Organist and Master of the Choristers) for his support and encouragement with the site, and providing snippets of information. Pat Bancroft (Cathedral Librarian) for allowing me access to various records in the library relating to choir. Michael Guest (Senior Lay Vicar) for the loan of old recordings of the choir and providing Dick Greening's biography. Robert Green (former Assistant Organist) for providing accurate dates, Adrian Daffern (former Treasurer's Vicar) for providing information on the Priest Vicars. Martin Carson for the loan of three LPs which no-one else in Lichfield appeared to own. Mrs I de Hamel for the use of the photograph of Richard Greening.

My thanks are also extended to the many people who have e-mailed me privately with words of encouragement thereby making me feel that my research for, and work on, the site is appreciated a little further afield than just Lichfield.
